“We recently hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday party here (Bluey theme) and overall had a really great experience. The two attendants assigned to us were wonderful! Very helpful, attentive, and kind throughout the entire party. The space was clean, well-organized, and the décor they set up was beautiful and perfect for a toddler party. You can tell they put effort into making the room look special. One thing to keep in mind: the service fee listed in the contract does not go toward the attendants. Tipping is not mandatory, but if you plan to show them appreciation, just be aware you’ll want to bring gratuity separately on the day of the party. The contract included soda, water, and plain coffee, which was nice, but I do wish it also included juice or juice boxes for the kids. I had forgotten to bring my own, and that would have been a helpful addition for toddler parties. I booked a weekday morning slot, which worked out great and we had the entire place to ourselves for this private event. Overall, a lovely experience with just a few small tweaks that could make it even better. I would definitely recommend it for young children’s birthday parties.”

The space is designed so thoughtfully — tons of room for kids to run, jump, and explore, with so many activities in each play area to keep them fully engaged. The decorations were AMAZING and the party packages were incredibly customizable, which made planning so easy. The entire venue is clean, modern, and very safe, which gave all the parents peace of mind. We had a big group — around 30 kids plus all their parents — and there was still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves comfortably. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me set up and host the party. I highly recommend Playtown Museum for any kids’ event. It was an all-around fantastic experience! 🎉”

“We held my daughter’s 2nd birthday at Playtown Museum, it was the best location!! We did the Relax and Enjoy package with a Frozen theme. The decorations were beautiful!! They set up the whole thing, including the guests tables and provide all the paper goods you need as well. The food was delicious. We supplied a few extra platters in addition to the finger foods and pizza included but we didn’t need that much additional food. The desserts included were also delicious. They coordinated the cake as well which was an extra charge but the design was gorgeous and it was also delicious. My daughter has a dairy allergy so they were able to make a small cake for her that was allergy friendly as well. The place is clean and the kids had a blast! We had Elsa and Olaf come as the entertainment and they were very interactive and kept the kids busy. We held it on a Sunday morning and parking was very easy (it can be tough an other times). The staff is so friendly easy to work with planning the party and during the party. I cannot recommend it enough!!!”
